Don’t Let This Be Your Library

Could this be your library’s way of communicating with your patrons? Or do you take a more civil course?

Overdue items are always an issue – in any library, public, school. or academic. I would sometimes offer treats to students or a class visit with a book reading to the classes with no overdue books at my school library. How does your library deal with overdues? What positive incentives do you give your patrons for returning materials on time?
